Overview
ShiftOrganizer → Google Calendar Synchronization (“the App”) connects your ShiftOrganizer schedule to your Google Calendar.
What data we access
- Google account basic info (email) to identify your account.
- Google Calendar events in a dedicated calendar named “ShiftOrganizer”.
How we use it
- Create, update, or delete events in your “ShiftOrganizer” calendar based on your ShiftOrganizer schedule.
- Store access/refresh tokens only to keep the sync working. We do not sell or share your data.
Data retention & deletion
- You can disconnect Google at any time from the app UI. This revokes our tokens.
- You can remove app access from Google at Google Account > Security > Third-party access.
- Use the “Clear All” feature to delete the “ShiftOrganizer” calendar contents we created.

Third parties
We use Google APIs to perform calendar operations. Use of Google user data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy.
Security
Tokens are stored server-side with restricted access. We use HTTPS for all traffic.
